Our services include the cleaning of carpets, upholstery and tiles using professional equipment and cleaning products. We will take reasonable care to protect your property and furnishings; however, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during the cleaning process.
Pre-Inspection:
A professional carpet cleaner will inspect the carpets to determine the most appropriate cleaning method and identify any heavily soiled or stained areas that may require extra attention.
Vacuuming:
The carpet will be thoroughly vacuumed to remove loose dirt and debris.
Pre-Treatment:
Heavily soiled or stained areas will be treated with a pre-treatment solution to help loosen and remove dirt and stains.
Steam Cleaning:
The carpet will be steam cleaned using a hot water extraction method. This involves using a high-pressure jet of hot water and a cleaning solution to loosen and remove dirt and stains from the carpet fibres.
Drying:
The carpet will be left to dry thoroughly, which may take several hours or overnight.
Post-Cleaning Inspection:
The technician will conduct a final inspection of the carpets to ensure they are clean and free of any remaining dirt or stains.
A minimum call-out fee of $180 plus GST applies to any one room or spot cleaning. Depending on the type of work required, additional surcharges may apply. These will be discussed on-site or prior to arrival.
Cleantec is NOT liable for any pre-existing damage, conditions, or self-treated fabrics caused by the customer. We will take NO liability for any work carried out on-site where such conditions are suspected. We are happy to proceed with the work provided there is a mutual understanding between the customer and the technician.
Any damage suspected to have been caused by Cleantec Carpet Cleaning must be reported within 24 hours of us leaving your premises.
We will not be held responsible for any damage to your property or furnishings that may occur during the cleaning process. We recommend removing any valuable or fragile items from the areas to be cleaned before our technicians arrive.
Stain treatment services are provided “as is.” Cleantec Carpet Cleaning makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of these services.
We cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, and some stains may be permanent.
The customer agrees to allow Cleantec Carpet Cleaning to use any cleaning agents and techniques deemed necessary to properly clean and treat carpet or upholstery fabrics.
Cleantec Carpet Cleaning is NOT responsible for any damage to carpet or upholstery, including shrinkage, colour loss, or other issues that may occur as a result of the cleaning or stain treatment process.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Cleantec Carpet Cleaning, its employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of our carpet cleaning and stain treatment services.
Cleantec Carpet Cleaning is NOT responsible for any personal injuries or property damage that may occur during the cleaning and stain treatment process.
By proceeding with our services, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood all provisions contained in this document.
All payments must be processed before work proceeds if no one is available on-site at the time of service. Payment by invoice is available only to long-term clients.
Payment terms for long-term clients are seven (7) days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed with the technician.
Payments that fail to be processed for services carried out may be forwarded to a debt collection agency for recovery.
If the customer fails to provide accurate information during the quoting process, pricing may be subject to change on-site if the technician identifies any discrepancies.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards. A 2% processing fee applies to all card payments.
All quoted prices are exclusive of GST. A 10% GST surcharge is applied to all quoted prices.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the scheduled services.
You are responsible for ensuring our technicians have access to the areas that require cleaning. If access cannot be provided due to locked doors or other barriers, a service fee may apply.
If you have pets, please ensure they are secured in a separate area during the cleaning process. Our technicians are not responsible for any injuries to pets that may occur during the service.
